Emergency Response

Urgent Repairs

Urgent repairs are any of the following:

  • Burst water service
  • Blocked or broken toilet system
  • Serious roof leak
  • Gas leak
  • Dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious storm or fire damage
  • Failure or breakdown of any essential service or appliance provided by a landlord or agent for hot water, water, cooking, heating, or laundering
  • Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
  • Any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
  • An appliance, fitting or fixture that is not working properly and causes a substantial amount of water to be wasted
  • A serious fault in a lift or staircase.

Should you have an urgent repair at your rental property outside of normal business hours, call or SMS 0411 315 450 with your full name, property address, a detailed description of the emergency and a photograph where possible.

During business hours, all repairs and maintenance requests should be made by  emailing your Property Manager.

If the tenant or resident caused the damage, the landlord or owner can ask them to arrange or pay for the repairs.

Locked out?

Tenants who lock themselves out or misplace keys are required to contact a locksmith and are responsible to pay all associated costs to gain entry and or replace keys. A copy of the key must be provided to the Agent the next working day, as per your lease agreement.
